Job Description

As a Media Specialist, you will be tasked with developing and executing effective media strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns. Your expertise will drive the planning and management of media across channels like TV, radio, and digital, ensuring optimal business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of media campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners for campaign execution.
  • Collect and analyze market data to refine targeting strategies.
  • Optimize digital campaigns using analytics tools to meet KPIs.
  • Provide insights and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
  • Develop creative briefs for engaging ad content.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of media buys.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
  • Assist in developing PR strategies to complement media efforts.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Relevant certificates in digital marketing are advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with exposure to both traditional and digital media
