Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Laser Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining laser systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure the efficient operation of our innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement laser system designs based on customer requirements.
• Manage the testing and validation of laser systems pre-delivery.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Document and report on test results and system performance metrics.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on laser technologies.
• Conduct safety assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Gain insights from field tests to improve product design.
• Propose innovative laser solutions to meet market demands.
• Follow through on project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand client needs and product positioning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics or a relevant field
• Master's or PhD in Laser Technology is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with laser systems, including R&D and production.

Languages
