Job Description

As a File Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our documents and records are meticulously organized and managed. Your attention to detail is crucial in maintaining our compliance and operational efficiency, while collaborating with various teams to support our dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic records.
  • Create new files and update existing ones.
  • Classify and label documents according to established procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all records.
  • Assist with document retrieval requests.
  • Provide support for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience with record-keeping systems is an advantage.
