Job Description

As a Clergy, you will provide spiritual guidance and counselling to individuals seeking to confess their sins and find solace through prayer and reflection. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their spiritual journeys, offering them support and encouragement.

Responsibilities

• Listen actively to individuals seeking advice and support.
• Provide reassurance and facilitate personal reflection processes.
• Develop and implement community programs that promote spiritual health.
• Collaborate with other spiritual leaders to foster interfaith dialogue.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on ethical dilemmas.
• Promote a positive and inclusive community environment.
• Mentor other spiritual leaders or volunteers in spiritual and ethical principles.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theology or Religious Studies
• Ordination or certification as a religious leader

Experience

• Previous experience as a Confessor or in a similar role is highly desirable.

• Police or Working with Children Check clearance
