Job Description

As a Credit Card Control Clerk, you will ensure accuracy and control over all credit card transactions within the company. Collaborating closely with the Accounts Payable department, your role will involve reconciling and monitoring credit card accounts while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze credit card transactions for potential fraud or misuse.
  • Resolve customer disputes and inquiries related to credit card transactions.
  • Process new credit card applications, including conducting credit checks.
  • Update customer account information and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure all accounts are in balance.
  • Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions for new software or policies related to credit card operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in accounting software or credit card management preferred
Experience
  • Experience with reconciling accounts and investigating transactions.
