Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on urban locations to provide informed insights.
• Design and develop tailored adventures for customers of all ages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive adventure experience.
• Assist in marketing efforts by creating content based on tour experiences.
• Maintain a positive and safe environment for all customers.
• Evaluate the success of adventures and implement improvements.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any inquiries.
• Foster a spirit of exploration and adventure within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in tourism or related field is highly preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in adventure tourism or guiding roles

Technical Skills

• Marine Navigation Tools
• Communication Equipment

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Advanced Marine Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Mandarin: Intermediate
