Job Description

As an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator, your primary role will be to operate and maintain state-of-the-art adhesive bonding machines, ensuring the precise sealing of boxes in our production facility. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of machine operations in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate adhesive bonding machines and ensure proper functioning throughout the shift.
• Conduct quality checks on adhesive bonds and packaging to maintain high standards.
• Document production records including quantities and materials used.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in operating box sealing machines or similar equipment is preferred.
