Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team in Perth. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care to pets, perform surgeries, and engage with pet owners to ensure comfortable and effective treatment. Ideal candidates will have solid veterinary skills alongside strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality and compliance with health data regulations.
  • Coordinate administrative processes including scheduling patient appointments and managing staff rotas.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports related to operational performance.
  • Ensure effective communication between healthcare staff and patients to support service delivery.
  • Implement and uphold quality standards in healthcare administration.
  • Assist with budget management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to departmental planning and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years in medical office administration
