Job Description

As a Utilities Service Investigator, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer complaints regarding utility services. Your responsibilities will include investigating service faults, conducting site visits, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
