We are on the lookout for a skilled Piling Cutter to join our talented team at Construction Innovations. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and breaking down large concrete piles, ensuring they meet safety regulations and project timelines. A background in construction or demolition is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate piling cutting machinery with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Engage in physical work and manual handling of materials as needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding project status.
• Assess job sites for potential hazards and mitigate risks.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Demolition or equivalent
• Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred

Experience

• 3 years plus in heavy construction or demolition

Technical Skills

• Advanced Cutting Techniques
• Operational Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Heavy Rigid Vehicle License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with specific cutting tools: Knowledge of advanced equipment like wire saws and diamond saws is a plus.
• Prior experience in high-risk sites: Experience working effectively in environments with stringent safety protocols.
