Job Description

As a Bander and Liner Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating banding and lining machines, ensuring smooth operations and adhering to quality standards for packaging products.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto the machines and ensure they are set to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings based on specific product requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and report any defects immediately.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address machine malfunctions promptly.
• Keep work area clean and organized, following good housekeeping practices.
• Train new operators on machine usage and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to identify areas for improvement.
