We are actively seeking skilled Floor Sanders and Finishers to be part of our experienced team. Your main role will involve removing old flooring materials and prepping surfaces for new installations, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery for flooring removal processes.
• Assess job sites and prepare surfaces for new installations.
• Communicate project timelines and updates effectively with stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace for safety.
• Adhere to all building regulations and occupational health standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
• Assist in training new team members on operational procedures.
• Document processes and report on project statuses.
• Contribute ideas to improve work processes and efficiency.

• Experience using hand and power tools and operating machinery is required.
