High-Density Finishing Operator

Job Description

The High-Density Finishing Operator is integral to our production process, responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the finishing of high-density materials. The successful candidate will ensure our products meet strict quality standards while adhering to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends in production output and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff in operational procedures.
• Propose improvements based on hands-on experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade Certificate in Metal Machining preferred

Experience

• Prior experience with CNC machines is a plus.

Technical Skills

• CNC Operating
• Lean Principles

Advantageous

• Experience in operating CNC machines: Knowledge and ability to operate CNC machinery for precise cutting and finishing.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles: Experience in process improvement methodologies.
