Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer to join our team in Central Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the structural integrity of various construction projects. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and construction teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet safety standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans that align with strategic business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and team-building activities.
  • Identify resource requirements and allocate personnel accordingly.
  • Monitor project timelines and enforce accountability.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure standards are met.
  • Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to build strong partnerships.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins to maintain morale and progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or an associated field
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
