Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Water Jet Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining water jet cutting equipment. The successful candidate will ensure precision in cutting, interpret technical drawings, and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings based on job specifications.
• Monitor machine operation during the production process.
• Document production details as required.
• Participate in regular safety and maintenance training.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Lead daily cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Coordinate with the quality control team on inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Engineering

Experience

• Experience with CAD/CAM software is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Robotics and Automation: Hands-on experience with robotic systems for metal fabrication.
