As a Garment Folder, you will be responsible for folding and preparing garments for storage or shipment. You will follow specific guidelines to ensure garments are folded neatly and organized. If you value attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality folding of garments that meet company standards.
• Check garments for quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Organize and pack folded garments for efficient storage and distribution.
• Keep work area tidy and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist in training new staff on folding techniques and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in garment folding or textile industry roles is preferred.

• Basic math skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Physical fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
