Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. This role requires an eye for detail and extensive sewing experience to ensure the production of high-quality garments. Your contribution will be crucial in maintaining our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare fabric pieces for garment production.
• Utilize sewing machines to create various garment sections.
• Perform quality checks on finished sleeves and garments.
• Work collaboratively with design personnel to meet specifications.
• Ensure the workspace is organized and complies with health and safety standards.
• Regularly inspect and maintain sewing equipment.
• Assist in training new sewing machine operators.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Clothing Production or similar qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sewing role within the garment industry.
