Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient treatment journey.

• Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team to address concerns.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to assess satisfaction and compliance.
• Assist in the management of the clinic’s dental inventory and supplies.
• Uphold best practices in compliance with health regulations.
• Support the Practice Manager in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Dental Assisting or Administration
• Advanced certification in healthcare management preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a dental or healthcare administrative role preferred.
