Job Description

As a Track Repair Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of railway maintenance operations. Overseeing a dedicated team, your role will involve ensuring the integrity and safety of our rail tracks through effective leadership and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of track maintenance projects.
  • Lead safety briefings and training for crew members.
  • Ensure timely completion of repair schedules.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in railway track maintenance and repair
  • Higher qualification in engineering or construction management preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the railway maintenance sector.
