The successful applicant will be responsible for operating dragline excavators effectively and safely, ensuring that all excavation and digging tasks are executed to high standards. • Participate in safety meetings and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Enhance site efficiency and productivity through innovative practices.
• Maintain all necessary operational logs and reports.
• Support maintenance teams in performing scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Review equipment capabilities to ensure optimal operations in challenging conditions.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role with heavy machinery operations
