Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinding and Polishing Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for precision polishing of metal pivot ends to ensure high-quality finishes. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with specialised tools will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain polishing machines, ensuring efficiency and quality output.
• Conduct visual inspections on parts to identify defects.
• Adjust polishing parameters to meet product specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Assist in training new team members on polishing techniques.
• Participate in regular safety training and team meetings.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience using precision tools is advantageous.
