Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of all work performed to ensure compliance with IPC Workmanship Standards.
• Document all work performed in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality control technicians to identify and correct issues.
• Maintain quality control and ensure that all products meet the necessary standards.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance soldering skills and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Electronics and Communication
• Industry certifications in soldering techniques and safety

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in soldering and electronics manufacturing.

Advantageous
