Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motor Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality motor vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that our clients receive their vehicles safely and on time, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow the most efficient routes.
• Conduct vehicle checks before each shift.
• Engage with customers to confirm delivery details.
• Log and report any incidents or near misses.
• Maintain a professional image in line with company branding.
• Work collaboratively with other team members.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure the vehicle is equipped with necessary tools and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficient in GPS Navigation Systems
• Basic Mechanical Skills

Soft Skills

• Time management skills
• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Heavy Rigid (HR) License: Preferably hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) License.
• Previous experience in a delivery role: Prior experience in logistics or delivery preferred.
