Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and propose effective repair solutions for cooking appliances.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future breakdowns.

• Engage with customers to explain repair processes and offer maintenance advice.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Implement safety measures and ensure a safe working environment.
• Document repair activities and complete service reports accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or additional trade qualifications preferred

Experience

• Experience with commercial cooking appliances is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Proficiency in hand and power tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Time management skills

Certifications

• Gas Fitter license or qualification - advantageous
• Refrigeration mechanic license or qualification - advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
