Quality Assurance Tester

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Tester to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality. In this role, you will plan and execute testing strategies, working closely with development teams to address any issues. Responsibilities

• Design and develop test strategies for new features.
• Implement automated testing tools.
• Track and measure testing progress and outcomes.
• Communicate test results to stakeholders.
• Provide suggestions for improving product quality.
• Assist in the assessment of existing testing processes.
• Periodically review and refine testing practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the QA team.
• Conduct peer code reviews for automated tests.
• Stay updated with industry trends in QA practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certification in Software Testing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automated and manual testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium WebDriver
• REST API Testing

Soft Skills

• Strong Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
• Agile Testing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Performance Testing tools: Knowledge of tools like LoadRunner or JMeter for performance testing.
