Job Description

As a Draw Press Operator at our company, you will play an integral role in our manufacturing process by setting up and managing draw presses. Your attention to detail will be key to ensuring all production meets stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot draw press machinery during production.
• Conduct quality assessments on finished products to ensure compliance.
• Assist in training new operators on machine setup and safety protocols.
• Maintain records of production runs and equipment performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or trade certificate in mechanical or industrial engineering preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating draw press machinery or similar equipment

Technical Skills

• Hand-eye coordination
• Mathematical skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Advantageous

• Experience with statistical process control: Knowledge of statistical methods to monitor and control manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with basic programming concepts: Basic knowledge of programming languages is beneficial for machine setup.
