Responsibilities

• Design and monitor tailings storage systems and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

• Prepare documentation for environmental assessments and compliance reporting.
• Support cross-functional teams in tailings management issues and best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies aimed at improving tailings management.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and promote responsible mining practices.
• Provide technical expertise during tailings facility design and construction phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field

Experience

• 5+ years of direct experience in tailings management
