Job Description

The Interior Plant Caretaker plays a vital role in maintaining and nurturing indoor plants across diverse environments like offices, hotels, and public spaces. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of our indoor greenery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the health of various types of indoor plants across client sites.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on plant care to clients.
• Conduct site visits for plant assessments and health checks.
• Assist in selecting indoor plants suitable for specific environments.
• Maintain tools and equipment used in plant care.
• Create and implement plant care plans based on client needs.
• Train junior staff in plant care techniques.
• Document maintenance activities and client feedback.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Indoor Plant Maintenance

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in indoor plant care or landscape gardening

Technical Skills

• Plant disease identification
• Irrigation systems knowledge

Soft Skills

• Customer service skills
• Time management

Certifications

• Pesticide Management License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional certifications in plant care: Relevant training or certifications that enhance plant care knowledge.
• Experience with indoor landscaping projects: Background in large-scale indoor plant installations and maintenance.
