Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our friendly team at XYZ Dental Clinic. The successful candidate will support our dental professionals in providing high-quality care to patients. This role involves a range of duties from assisting with procedures to managing patient records.

Responsibilities

• Support dentists and hygienists during dental treatments and procedures.
• Manage patient flow and handle registration processes efficiently.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering dental supplies when needed.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

Education

• Additional qualifications in dental assisting or related fields are advantageous

Experience

• Experience with digital charting and electronic medical records is a plus
