Job Description

As the Entertainment and Recreation Planning Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of diverse recreational programs. This position requires a keen understanding of stakeholder engagement and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the delivery of diverse event programming based on community needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events effectively.
  • Develop new partnerships to expand the reach and impact of programs offered.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff to ensure quality service.
  • Monitor participant feedback and adjust programs accordingly to enhance experiences.
  • Ensure that events are inclusive and accessible to a variety of demographics.
  • Prepare and submit grant applications for funding of special projects.
  • Manage the evaluation process for all events, focusing on continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in the entertainment and recreation industry is highly regarded.
