Job Description

The Rotary Head Milling Machine Set-Up Operator is responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce parts according to specifications. This position entails reading and interpreting blueprints, determining machine setup, and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operating a rotary head milling machine within a tight production schedule.
• Collaborating with team members to improve production efficiency.
• Performing pre-operation checks on machines to ensure quality.
• Documenting production data and metrics accurately.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implementing safety protocols to avoid workplace accidents.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent

Experience

• Strong knowledge of rotary head milling machine operations and procedures.

• Mastercam
