Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician in Toowoomba to assist in medication dispensing and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring a smooth operation within the pharmacy. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label medications accurately.
• Conduct administrative duties such as filing and maintaining patient records.
• Assist in the management of the pharmacy workflow.
• Participate in health promotions and community outreach programs.
• Provide support to pharmacists in clinical roles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pharmacy workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Pharmacy
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (preferred)

Experience

• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role is an advantage.

• Compounding Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
