Job Description

As a Guest Services Agent (GSA), you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. You will assist with inquiries, coordinate with hotel departments, and ensure guests have a pleasant stay.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a friendly manner and provide information about hotel services.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, managing reservations accurately.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails regarding bookings and inquiries.
  • Assist with guest requests, ensuring timely follow-up and service.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and hotel departments.
  • Manage billing and payment transactions with attention to detail.
  • Handle special requests and ensure guest preferences are noted.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality is highly regarded.
Technical Skills
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Hotel property management systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Upselling skills: Experience in upselling hotel services and amenities is preferred.
