Job Description

As an Instructional Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective curricula for various educational programs. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and administrators to ensure our educational practices meet the needs of all students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify curriculum development needs.
• Facilitate collaboration among educators to enhance instructional strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in implementing curricula.
• Evaluate student performance data to inform curriculum adjustments.
• Interact with educational stakeholders to ensure alignment with state education standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field
• Master's degree preferred in Education or Curriculum Development

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in educational program management.

Languages

• English: Fluent
