Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setter to operate and maintain machinery for grinding, shredding, and pulverizing materials. You'll be a key player in ensuring efficient and safe operation of our equipment, adhering to production targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Carry out routine maintenance on machinery and report any required repairs.
• Keep detailed logs of machine usage and material processing.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to address product concerns.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machine operation or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in waste processing or manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Understanding of production processes
• Experience with safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Forklift license
• First-aid certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift operation experience: Hands-on experience operating forklifts for material handling.
• Knowledge of hazardous material handling: Compliance with safety standards for handling hazardous substances.
