Job Description

As a Turn Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing turn activities. Your leadership will be essential in training the team, managing timelines, and implementing improvements for operational efficiency while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of turn operations, ensuring a seamless process from arrival to departure.
• Manage team schedules to meet operational demands.
• Ensure adherence to customer service protocols, enhancing the passenger experience.
• Document and report any incidents or delays during the turn.
• Engage with external partners to optimise service delivery.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred)

Experience

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar role preferred.
