Job Description

The Encapsulator will play a key role in encapsulating products to meet stringent quality standards. This position demands a keen eye for detail, ensuring products are efficiently processed within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate encapsulation machinery prior to production runs.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the encapsulation process.
• Document all production activities and maintain equipment logs.
• Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Support the continuous improvement of safety and food quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management and materials handling.
• Implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages innovative thinking.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing operations or related field preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or encapsulation processes.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Encapsulation Equipment
• Understanding of GMP Regulations

Certifications

• GMP Training Certification
• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate a forklift: Licensed and experienced in safely operating forklifts to handle materials.
• Experience in a quality control role: Prior experience in a quality assurance or control position is beneficial.
