Job Description

As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors. Your leadership will ensure compliance and enhance supplier relationships, contributing to the strategic objectives of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage comprehensive procurement policies.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local suppliers to enhance supply chain sustainability.
  • Implement cost-effective sourcing techniques to reduce overall expenses.
  • Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Facilitate communication between procurement, finance, and project teams.
  • Regularly assess procurement processes for continuous improvement.
  • Lead data analysis for procurement metrics to enhance decision-making.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to forecast material and service needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and procurement processes
