Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage and improve healthcare services in our Sydney facility. The candidate will oversee administrative functions, ensuring compliance with health regulations while enhancing patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Direct healthcare administration functions with an emphasis on compliance.
  • Streamline patient care processes for enhanced service delivery.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including health departments.
  • Organize training programs for staff regarding updated policies.
  • Analyze administrative data to improve facility operations.
  • Ensure public health initiatives are adhered to within the facility.
  • Establish protocols for data management and patient confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning for service improvements.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively as they arise.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management
  • Master's degree in Public Health or similar is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare settings
