Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to join our passionate team in Warragul. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer engagement. You will manage our e-commerce platforms and collaborate with various teams to optimise our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise online product catalogues.
• Utilise data analytics tools to track and improve conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and policies.
• Create and manage social media marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product updates.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for e-commerce projects.
• Evaluate advertising costs and ROI for various marketing campaigns.
• Participate in the development of content marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce strategies

Technical Skills

• Email Marketing Software (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
• Content Management Systems (CMS)

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Team Leadership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
