• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• SAS Proficient in using SAS for healthcare data analysis.
• Python Strong experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• SQL Experience in database management and querying using SQL.
• R Familiar with R programming for statistical analysis.
• Tableau Basic knowledge of Tableau for data visualization.
• Analytical Thinking Exceptional skills in analyzing complex data sets.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Machine Learning Techniques: Hands-on experience with predictive analytics and machine learning techniques.
