Job Description

As a Radial Router Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production team by operating and maintaining radial routers to produce a variety of products. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring products meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain radial routers for production of quality timber products
• Perform routine checks to ensure optimal machine performance
• Inspect and verify that finished products meet specifications
• Read and understand schematics and technical documents
• Collaborate closely with team members to improve workflows
• Keep the work environment safe, clean, and organized
• Utilize various hand tools and machinery as required
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation
• Record production data and analyze performance indicators
• Implement feedback to enhance production efficiency

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing or machining is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• CNC Programming

• First Aid Certification

Languages
