Seeking an experienced Lieutenant to manage firefighting operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, develop strategies for effective emergency response, and ensure a high level of training among personnel. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate firefighting operations.
  • Create and manage work schedules for team members.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure that all personnel are well-prepared.
  • Evaluate and report on team activities and operational outcomes.
  • Engage with the community to promote fire safety and prevention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science or a related discipline is highly regarded.
Experience
  • 5+ years of firefighting experience with leadership responsibilities.
