Job Description

The Wireworker Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the wireworking processes within our manufacturing operations. This role includes leading a team of wireworkers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor wireworking staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Adjust production plans to meet shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Identify training needs and organise relevant workshops.
  • Develop strategies for managing workload and maximizing team output.
  • Document processes to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
  • Liaise with upper management to align team objectives with company goals.
  • Support team-building activities to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous team improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to enhance processes.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal training in electrical work or associated trade preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering settings, particularly in supervisory roles.
