Job Description

As a Plant Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance operations within our facility. Your role will involve overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining all equipment to meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct all maintenance operations within the facility.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in accordance with industry standards.
• Review and update maintenance protocols as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes.
• Negotiate contracts with third-party maintenance providers.
• Document and report any safety violations or areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Additional certifications in safety management preferred

Experience

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience in lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Strong organisational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
