Job Description

As a Mattress and Foundation Sewer, you will play a crucial role in sewing and constructing various types of mattresses and foundations. Your attention to detail and proficiency with sewing machinery will ensure the highest quality standards in our products.

Responsibilities

• Construct mattresses by operating sewing machines following specific designs and specifications.
• Evaluate the quality of raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist in workflow management to ensure timely production outputs.
• Monitor sewing machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in mattress manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant sewing or manufacturing experience
