Responsibilities

• Manage and organize records and responses appropriately.
• Assist in training new staff on survey protocols.
• Review survey responses for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Utilize survey software effectively for data entry and management.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights and suggestions for improvements.
• Achieve personal and team KPIs for survey completion.
• Support the Survey Manager in administrative tasks as needed.
• Engage in professional development activities.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in telephone surveys, market research, or customer service is preferred.
