Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Incident Commander to lead our emergency response team. The successful candidate will ensure effective management of incidents, coordinate with multiple agencies, and maintain safety protocols in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee training and preparedness for emergency response personnel.
  • Develop strategies to improve response times and resource allocation.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during crisis situations.
  • Monitor ongoing incidents and provide updates to key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and software for emergency management.
  • Conduct drills and simulations to enhance team readiness.
  • Engage in public outreach to raise awareness of emergency preparedness.
  • Review and enhance existing emergency response protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Emergency Management or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in emergency response and management.
