Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Technical Director/Manager who will oversee technical operations during live broadcasts. This role requires you to coordinate the technical team, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally and compliance with industry standards is maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical team during live broadcasts and ensure all equipment is set up properly.
  • Monitor audio and video quality throughout the production.
  • Develop comprehensive technical strategies to enhance broadcast quality.
  • Provide support during technical rehearsals and live events.
  • Address compliance and regulatory issues affecting the broadcasting team.
  • Manage the maintenance and inventory of all technical equipment.
  • Liaise with producers and other stakeholders to meet production and technical needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the broadcasting technical role
