Job Description

As the Campus Ministry Director, you will lead and oversee all ministry activities at our university campuses. This role involves engaging with students, staff, and the wider community to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes faith and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative ministry initiatives addressing the diverse needs of students.
  • Organize retreats and spiritual events that promote community and personal reflection.
  • Facilitate interfaith dialogue by collaborating with various campus organizations.
  • Provide counseling and pastoral support to staff and students.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of ministry programs, making improvements as needed.
  • Manage and report on the ministry budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Lead a team of volunteers, empowering them to take initiative and lead within their communities.
  • Represent the organization at university events and community gatherings.
  • Engage with students via social media and other platforms to promote ministry activities.
  • Build partnerships with local religious organizations for shared initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Preferred: Master's degree in theology, ministry, or related fields
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a focus on campus ministry
